Founder
After graduating from Georgia Tech in 2005, Richard worked for Ernst & Morris Consulting. The firm was one of the very first to specialize in Accelerated Depreciation studies for commercial properties.
Richard learned the engineering-based Accelerated Depreciation study methods from industry pioneers. He laid the foundation of knowledge for creating the Commercial Property Refund platform.
Richard left the firm to design SegStream, an automated platform for depreciation studies. He served hundreds of commercial customers and decided he was ready to offer this platform to commercial property owners. He is proud to offer what he believes is the best tax savings platform for commercial property owners.
